Life as it is

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983. From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed:

“Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease”?

To this Arthur Ashe replied:

The world over — 5 crore children start playing
tennis, 50 lakh learn to play tennis, 5 lakh learn professional tennis,
50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach
Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals, When I was holding a cup I
never asked GOD

“Why me?”.

And today in pain I should not be asking GOD “Why me?”

That
is called faith in God. Believing that God always does something good
for us and leaving things to him , rather than blaming ourself and
others when something wild happens .

Yes it is really very difficult for us to do this but “You trust God” and leave the rest to him and continue your good work . He does what he has to do.

Now a days i fells many people ponder over the past and say “if only i had done that….” and ” if they supported me…” and many things like that. So i just think we need to take life as it comes . Enjoy life and lead a honest , good and truthful life and if we are deserving even if one refuse to give that to us, we will get it , some other way .

God Bless 🙂

    Hi vinod,
If God does something, it is his plan and it is the best one . You can never understand his plans , but just trust and believe in him and you will see the hidden truth behind his works .

    @ Praveen

    Hi Praveen,
I think this website might have the answer for you. http://www.biblebelievers.com/jmelton/suffer.html

“He’s trying to tell us something. By allowing people to suffer, God is showing us that SOMETHING IS WRONG. If everything were alright between man and God, then there would be no sorrow and death, because in the beginning there was none. God is showing you every day of your life that man has been SEPARATED from Him because of sin, and that man is destined to an eternity in Hell Fire unless he comes to God for help. The fact that God allows suffering and agony today proves that He will allow it in eternity as well.

God doesn’t ENJOY seeing anyone suffer, but He does ALLOW people to suffer for various reasons.”

    @Janel,

It is the good who suffer mostly.so why should we believe in someone who is not ready to help us.
