The Killing Addiction
Whenever i leave my place and go out for a break in my work , i can see YOUNG ENGINEERS near the box shop(pooti kadai) with a cigarette.

I once read in an article which was written by a boy on the death of his friend. I don’t remember exactly but it was something like this.

I miss you my friend,
you met her in a shop.
That was the first day you saw her.
She was so beautiful and fair.
That is the day you first touched her.
Your hands grassed her hands and
slowly moved up to her hair ,
Her hair was brown and gorgeous,
You loved her in your first sight.
You kissed her tender lips and
that is the day you fell into her,
that is the day you let her into your heart and into you.
You first started to meet her without your parents knowledge,
One day your parents saw you with her ,
Then you had no reason to hide,
You took her to your house,
you took her to your workplace ,
you had her all along,
You stayed with her all day and all night,
you never took our words to leave her,
and now you had left us
.

I wonder why people smoke!!
cigar contains tobacco.Tobacco is a plant which grows in a wide range of soil and climate conditions.
Tobacco contains over 4,000 different gases, particles and compounds including tar, nicotine and carbon monoxide. Tobacco smoke “tar” is composed of several thousand chemicals that can damage lung tissue and cause several diseases. Some of these chemicals include: acids, alcohol’s, aldehyde’s, ketone’s, aromatic hydrocarbons and corrosive gases such as cyanide and nitrogen oxide.
The industry that sells these products has been well aware of the dangers for decades but continues to put their own profits before peoples health. It has been said, that these merchants of death are guilty of nothing short of murder, now you can judge for yourself.
The risk of developing lung cancer is 10 times greater for smokers than for non smokers. Those who smoke 2 or more packs of cigarettes a day are 15 to 25 times more likely to die of lung cancer than non smokers.
So smokers try to stop smoking or at least go to a private room as you smoke… as passive smokers are too more likely to suffer from cancer…
