Break after every half hour work :)

Today morning in the news paper , I saw an article saying people now a days people who work in the system ,(I mean IT people) are getting a lot of physical problem and they advice us to take a break every half hour and go for a walk …
This is great here after i will try to follow this…
I always take this type of good advices
             so my good friends
